Accomodation

Every house or bungalow is completely individual. All houses have a kitchen, a fridge, a safe, and hot water for the shower / bath. On the terraces, you can relax in the Filipino hammock.
The equipment is based on comfort and quality. Respect for the environment and the use of local materials, give each home an atmosphere of tranquility and well-being, allowing lodger to feel at home, but still in the tropics, respecting the architectural Filipino / Swiss style.

If you do not like cooking, a catering service at home (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is possible on request (see Services).

There is no air conditioning for environmental issues, but still, for each room, fans are installed on the ceiling or the wall, to regulate temperature, which remains cool because of high roofs. The houses are equipped with mosquito nets on the windows, except House Bodega, where we installed mosquito nets over the beds.

The WI-FI provide network in every house, for free but with no obligation.

Rates are fixed for the day, and become decreasing from a week's stay, up to a monthly fee.

Situated in the heart of Emerald Resort, our restaurant offers a tasteful Euro-Asian cuisine based on fresh products from the local market. Deluxe Room

 

Our Standard room fits two to three people comfortably. It comes with optional air-con or electric fan. Separate toilet and shower rooms. We have water heated showers with excellent water pressure. Each room has a veranda area for relaxing. All rooms have a room safe to store your valuables and board racks for your surf boards!

  

 

 

Family Room

 

Our Family Hut fits five to seven people comfortably. It was designed with a small family in mind. Like traditional Filipino homes, the Family hut has a receiving veranda for guests and friends to relax in while not being in the room.  In addition to this space, there is a mezzanine / loft floor where two people can stay. The loft floor also has access to an al-fresco veranda which can double as a work area or another space guests can relax in.

The Family Hut comes with optional air-con or electric fan cooling. It has separate toilet and shower rooms. The Family Hut has a luxurious heated shower with excellent water pressure and a rainwater head. The room has a safe to store your valuables and board rack for your surf boards as well.

   

 

Community Hut 

 

The community hut was designed for large groups of friends, barkadas and colleagues in mind. It’s a large room that fits up to twelve people comfortably. The beds are arranged in a bunk bed style where each bed has it’s own socket and reading lamp.

The room is equipped with two sinks, two bathrooms and two toilets so the guests can utilize each comfortably.

You can opt to rent out a bed space in this room if it isn’t booked out to a large group exclusively.

 

 

 

 

Get to Siargao Island via Cebu Pacific flights through Cebu City or via Ferry from Surigao City. When on Siargao, take a Van or Motorbike to Harana Surf Resot on Tuason Point in General Luna.

Direkt am Strand stehen zwei Kubo zur Verfügung um geschützt vor Sonne die Meeresbrise und Aussicht zu genießen.

Banca cruise the Islands Or Discover   Siargao Island timeless culture If there are small waves, Go Island hopping just for fun! Try island hopping on 3 islands within one trip. Like Daku, Guyam and Naked island. On these 3 islands there is plenty to see (fish, coral, sea snakes, shells, seaweeds but no big sharks) snorkeling on the reef around Guyam and Daku you can drift with the current along the drop-off.           The very best beach for swimming at any tide is Daku Island.           If you want to sun bathe even naked at naked island there is no body there, just the boat man. This island is white and covered with coral all around. Guyam is the perfect palm fringed islet. Not to be missed is a full day trip to Sohoton lagoon. We can organize a cold box with ice, soft drinks and beer, plus a good solid lunch for the day out. Sohoton Cove is a fantastic place, overhung by jungle cliffs, where you can swim into the cove with bats, strange fish, stalactites, jelly fish, wild orchids and weird corals.           Go when the tide is low, the only entrance to the lagoons is through a natural cave tunnel hanging with stalactites. But if you want a more fun and enjoyable trip, Mam-on and Suyangan islands, swim in crystal clear water, coral reefs and powdered white sand. For the land tour, just past Pilar is Magpupungko and its natural swimming hole, scoured clean by every tide,. You could go to Pacifico and Burgos then Alegria, down to Tak-tak falls, for great beaches and breaking surf. Tak-tak falls has continual running water from the mountain and is good for swimming due to the cold water and you can also jump from the top of the mountain if you want. On the west cost of Siargao is Del Carmen fringed with a mangrove forest. Close to Del Carmen is Kaob with its own secret lagoon, pristine corals and beaches.

The Hang Out
The Hangout is a guest house and campsite for budget travelers in Siargao Island, Philippines.

 

Located 3 kilometers away from the world famous Cloud 9 surf spot, The Hangout is a comfortable space for travelers to live in General Luna, Siargao Island. The house is owned by people who have decided to open their doors to friends, friends of friends, and like-minded travelers who just need the basics: a cozy space to sleep or camp out, a functional kitchen with utensils, bathrooms, and some good island vibes.

We offer several accommodation types:

Tents (good for up to 4 people)

Attic room (good for up to 4 people)
Single bed
Double bed

Mesh/ net beds that are perfect for solo travelers or small groups of up to 4 pax.

The whole house can be rented by big groups of 6 to 11 people.
